This goes without saying, but this is just an all around fantastic business. The owner and team is super professional, efficient, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They did a clean out and put risers and a new concrete lid on my tank and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Definitely will use again and recommend!

We called around and the only company that called us back was Kelly's Septic out of Bellefontaine, Ohio. Within hours, Kelly's showed up and evaluated the situation. They told us that our septic tank needed to be inspected and pumped every 1 to 3 years depending on use. The technician showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the problem fixed without trying to upsell us on things we didn't need. The pricing was fair and transparent, and the work was done quickly and professionally.

These guys are great! Was having an issue due to septic tank being full. They came out on Monday morning and Casey & Eric located the tank in minutes! They put on risers for us as well. Later in the morning Jason came out and pumped the tank. I have been in the wastewater industry for over 35 years and have delt with many septic companies, and Kelly's are number 1 in my book.

“We are building a house and was in need of a portable toilet. They were easy to get ahold of and delivered it on time. They come each week and make sure it is serviced and clean. My husband wanted me to add… you never have to worry because they get the “Crap”done, and have always been “pretty regular”

“I called at 11am with a flushing and backup issue. The young man showed up within one hour. Open the tank up.. it wasn't full or  close to full. Back flushed the line into the house and hit a point where it stopped. He went into the basement to find that Easton Water Service when they installed my softener system shoved the re– gen line down inside the main septic line which of course was was catching the toilet paper and crap.. he pulled that line out, finished the back flush with lots of back up coming out.
